About the role

JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cafe Crew to join our team at our cafe in Larkin Johor. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operations of our cafe.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Taking customer orders and processing payments efficiently
3. Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers
4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
5. Restocking and replenishing supplies as needed
6. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
7. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience working in a cafe or restaurant environment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
4. Excellent customer service orientation
5. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
6. Flexible and willing to work during weekends and public holidays
