About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew to join our team at Five 2 Blessings Sdn Bhd in Kepayan Sabah. As a full-time Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a wonderful dining experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and seating customers in a warm and friendly manner
  2. Taking food and drink orders, and communicating these clearly to the kitchen team
  3. Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
  4. Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
  5. Handling cash and card payments, and operating the point-of-sale system
  6. Assisting with other front-of-house duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern, including evenings and weekends
  5. A positive, friendly and professional attitude
