1.Customer Service & Hospitality:

  • Welcome and greet all guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations on beverages and menu items.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving any issues professionally and promptly.
  • Engage with customers to create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.

2. Beverage Preparation & Quality Control:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages
  • Master the art of cendol making, including grinding ice, preparing santan, and brown sugar.
  • Follow all recipes and preparation standards to ensure consistent drink quality and presentation.
  • Always maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at the bar.
  • Maintain quality of santan, cendol and air gula.

3. Cashier & Financial Handling:

  • Accurately operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle all cash, credit, and mobile transactions.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage the cash float at the start and end of each shift.
  • Accurately record all sales and reconcile the till at the end of the day.

4. Bar Operations & Maintenance:

  • Opening Duties: Prepare the bar for service, which includes:

  • Setting up and turning on all equipment (cendol machines, blenders, etc.).

  • Preparing fresh garnishes, syrups, and other ingredients.
  • Restocking all bar supplies, including glassware, napkins, and straws.

  • Closing Duties: Ensure the bar is properly shut down at the end of the day by:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment, counters, and floors.

  • Taking inventory of key items and preparing a list of stock to be replenished.
  • Securely storing all perishable items.
  • Reconciling the cash register and preparing cash drops.
  • General Maintenance: Continuously monitor and restock supplies, maintain a clean workspace, and report any equipment or maintenance issues to the management team.
