We are a growing coffee beans supplier company looking for a talented and proactive Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you are passionate about creating creative work and have a knack for storytelling through visual content, we want to hear from you. You will be based at our office situated at Taman Perling, Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities:

  • Create designs for print materials, digital platforms, and other media.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand the brand profile and develop design elements that align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the company's visual identity.
  • Create eye-catching and effective packaging designs for our coffee products, considering market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and promotional items to support various campaigns and events.
  • Develop visually appealing content for online and offline marketing channels.
  • Generate engaging graphics for the company's website and social media platforms
  • Enhance and retouch product images to maintain a consistent and polished visual aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with marketing team, including product development and sales, to understand design needs and objectives. Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as necessary.
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry best practice.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media/Advertising, Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva & video editing app
  • Knowledge of visual idea, creative problem solving, typography and branding
  • A deep attention to detail and a meticulous dedication to proper delivery
  • The ability to multi-task and solve challenges
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative nature
  • Passionate for design, creativity and technology
  • Posses own laptop
  • Interest in coffee
