About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team at LITTLE PRAIRIE SDN. BHD. in Johor. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students. This is a full-time position based in Johor.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum
  • Fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment for children
  • Providing individualised attention and support to each child's social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Collaborating with parent to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to student progress and development
  • Participating in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy classroom environment for all students

What we're looking for

We welcome fresh graduates, with a preference for candidates who have experience as a preschool teacher or in a similar role.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM qualification; candidates with a KAP certificate, diploma, or higher in Early Childhood Education are preferred.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children.
  • Committed individuals who are reliable and dedicated to their role.
  • Loving and kind-hearted, with a natural affinity for working with children.
  • Preferably can teach Chinese.
