Restaurant Supervisor | Up to RM3,500 | Eco Botanic, JB

Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Salary Package: RM2,800 - RM3,500

Working Location: Eco Botanic, JB

Company Background: Chinese Restaurant

Working Days: 6 days/week

Working Hours: 8am - 8pm OR 10am - 10pm

Job Descriptions:

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

-Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.

-Monitor the performance of staff.

-Ensure food quality, service speed, and presentation meet company standards.

  • Handle customer complaints or requests professionally.

  • Process bills, handle cash or card payments, and issue receipts accurately.

  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in F&B industry (serve or kitchen, both welcomed)

  • Must be willing to work OT (entitled for extra pay)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
