Job Responsibilities

  • Assist and manage daily restaurant operations.

    协助与管理餐厅日常营运。
  • Supervise front-of-house operations and coordinate with kitchen teams.

    监督前厅运作、协调厨房与服务团队。
  • Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

    员工排班、培训与绩效管理。
  • Ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.

    确保服务品质与顾客满意。
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and general administrative tasks.

    处理库存、订货与一般行政事项。

## Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry (required).

至少 5 年餐饮相关经验(必需)。
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
