WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPI**

• ON:

Design, manage, and execute innovative projects that showcase the Foundation's impact and mission, elevating the Foundation's visibil
- ity.Plan and deliver engaging events, workshops and community programmes from start to fin
- ish.Build and strengthen partnerships with social enterprises, organisations and stakehold
- ers.Develop and implement creative ideas with strategic thinking to engage audiences and enhance the Foundation's presence and brand. Highlight the Foundation's work, sustainability efforts or social impact stories that align with AirAsia's business priorit
- ies.Strengthen the visibility of the grant programmes and other activities of the Foundation through the Foundation's communication channels and via AirAsia's chann
- els.Manage multiple projects and priorities, from idea to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising qual
- ity.Support the Foundation's grant-making activities and the Destination GOOD social enterprise shop activi
- tiesSupport the humanitarian and fundraising activities when ne

WHO YOU**

• ARE:

Degree in social sciences, business, project management, event management, design , communications or related f
- ields.Four years of relevant work experience in project management, event management, partnerships, or related roles (startup or fast-paced environment a
- plus).Highly creative, with the ability to turn fresh ideas into real-world impact and strong storytelling s
- kills.Excellent command of spoken and written En
- glish.Strategic thinker with excellent project execution skills, able to multitask and thrive under tight time
- lines.Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeho
- lders.Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven in dynamic environ
