  • Pre-Live Preparation
  • Conduct product presentations, Q&A sessions, and sales promotions through live streams and short videos on TikTok platform according to operational plans, while supporting account growth and operations
  • Allocate sufficient preparation time for appropriate makeup and styling according to the live stream theme
  • Coordinate with operations and control team regarding live script flow and special considerations for each broadcast
  • During Live Streaming
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of product industry and related categories (including industry insights, competitor references, complementary products) to enhance product positioning and professional credibility
  • Master TikTok's live stream algorithm to effectively drive and sustain key metrics including comments, new followers, viewer retention, and product clicks
  • Showcase product proficiency by providing usage recommendations and industry-specific techniques during broadcasts
  • Continuously refine live script content, cue cards, and on-camera presentation skills
  • Post-Live Tasks
  • Complete short video production and account optimization tasks
  • Participate in performance analysis reviews and adjust hosting techniques/scripting based on data insights
  • Assist operations and control team with various post-production tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
