Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic KOL / Live Stream Host to represent our brand on social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a Malay speaker with strong English communication skills, comfortable in front of the camera, and able to engage viewers while promoting products effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host and present products during live streams (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Engage with viewers, answer questions, and maintain high audience interaction.
  • Deliver clear and persuasive product explanations in both Malay and English.
  • Plan and execute content ideas with the marketing and creative teams.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, image, and online presence.
  • Track live stream performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Participate in video shoots, promotional campaigns, and content creation when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce live streaming or content marketing.
  • Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada platform operations.
  • Proficient in short video shooting and editing; comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
