Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a QAQC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) Manager - Central Project. We are looking for a highly experienced
QAQC Manager (MEP)
to lead the quality management function for our fast-paced
industrial projects
, including data centers, semiconductor plants, and high-tech manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP works meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Minimum 8–10 years
    of QA/QC experience in
    MEP works
    within industrial construction projects.
  • Proven experience in
    data center, semiconductor, or cleanroom projects
    is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of
    ISO 9001
    , ASHRAE, NFPA, and relevant international standards.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
