Key Responsibilities :

1. E-commerce Operations

  • Set up the new e-commerce department from zero, including developing workflows, standard operating procedures, and platform integration.
  • Manage daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website).
  • Oversee product listing accuracy, pricing updates, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment coordination.
  • Ensure smooth execution of promotions, flash sales, and campaign participation.
  • Liaise with platform representatives to maximize visibility and participation in mega sales events.

2. Sales & Performance Optimization

  • Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, and traffic-to-sales ratio.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve sales performance and profitability.

3. Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
  • Manage paid ads, vouchers, and platform marketing tools to boost traffic and conversion.
  • Create content calendars and coordinate with designers for banners, visuals, and product videos.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with product and brand teams to align on marketing direction, product launches, and promotional plans.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on sales, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards to drive data-informed decisions

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Hands-on experience with major platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.).
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
  • Willing to work in Kajang.
  • E-commerce operations management.
