HK Attendant

Job Description:

1. Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
2. Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
3. Perform deep cleaning tasks and turn-down service when scheduled.
4. Report any maintenance issues or lost-and-found items promptly.
5. Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
6. Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and guest privacy at all times.
7. Maintain positive interaction with guests and respond to housekeeping-related requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a hotel housekeeping role is an advantage but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Basic communication skills and a courteous attitude.
