We're Hiring: Data Analyst (Open to Local & Locally available)

Location: Kuala Lumpur (on-site)

Experience: 4+ years

Contract Duration: 1 year (extendable)

Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive real business decisions?

We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in data visualization, analytics, and performance reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and storyboards using Tableau.
  • Perform data manipulation and preparation using tools such as Informatica, Dataiku, Alteryx, or Tableau Prep.
  • Write and optimize queries using SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  • Support the full analytics project lifecycle — from requirement definition to testing, documentation, and rollout.
  • Present insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of analytics experience with proven career progression.
  • Advanced skills in Tableau and strong understanding of visualization concepts.
  • Proficient in SQL and data preparation tools (Informatica, Dataiku, Alteryx, or Tableau Prep).
  • Knowledge of Python and data science libraries is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
