In this role, you will work closely with clients to:

Design future experiences that help our clients POP.

Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Assess change and recommend change outcomes.

Facilitate activities to drive change outcomes and accelerate value from business transformation.

Turn complex ideas into compelling narratives. 

You will do this by:

Developing dynamic, engaging presentation decks and other client materials.

Analysing and visualising data. 

Designing and delivering client workshops.

Managing programs and resources. 

Who We're Looking For

We seek energetic, results-driven professionals with 1–5 years' experience in management consulting or a related field. You should have:


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to craft compelling, impactful deliverables.


• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.


• A genuine drive to excel - able to seamlessly adapt and multitask in a dynamic environment.


• An ownership mindset - we're a small team and everyone must play their part. 


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is essential, with a keen interest in emerging AI and analytics technologies.


• Proficiency in tools such as Viseo, InDesign, Canva, Mural, Miro etc is advantageous. 

Analysts (Associate Consultants) typically have between 1-3 years experience.

Consultants typically have 3-6 years experience.
