Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and recommend suitable solar products/services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the system.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer decisions.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with 2 years of related working experience.
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Experience in Solar renewable Industry will be added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Minimum Diploma in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
