Requirements:

  • Additional knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage, lead and plan for site team and provide necessary assistance in overall site works.
  • Managing the site day-to-day, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system.
  • To study and check construction drawings in order to perform works as per project specifications.
  • To ensure that all works carried out on projects are handled in accordance with the related work instructions and project requirements.
  • Overseeing building or infrastructure construction, selection, and requisition of materials.
  • To coordinate with the purchasing department in acquisition of materials required for project use.
  • To carry out various inspections and tests at project site from time to time.
  • To attend Site Meeting and to handle all complaints from customers.
  • To coordinate any quality issues and problems at the project site, and carry out any rectification works, if any.
  • Working with managers / supervisors/ any other designated person as determined by the Company to ensure safety compliance and the creation of a safe working environment.
  • To perform any other duties set by the company policy, management or direct superior, which does not include in the above-mentioned descriptions.
