What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans for construction projects
  2. Conducting regular inspections and audits to monitor compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
  3. Identifying and resolving quality issues in a timely manner, implementing corrective actions as necessary
  4. Collaborating with project teams and clients to review and validate design drawings, material submittals, and construction methods
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date QC records, including test reports, calibration certificates, NCRs, and inspection forms.
  6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports.
  7. Manage document control for RFI submissions, MIRs, material approvals, and drawing revisions.
  8. Coordinate with client representatives for site inspections and approvals.

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QAQC Engineer in the construction industry
  3. Thorough understanding of construction quality assurance and control principles, methods, and best practices
  4. Proficiency in interpreting and applying relevant construction codes, standards, and regulations
  5. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Ability to work independently and handle site pressure.
