Responsibilities:

· Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce, digital, and community channels.

· Coordinate marketing activities between internal teams (E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, Wholesale) and external partners to ensure smooth execution.

· Track and manage campaign timelines, marketing assets, and budget allocations to ensure efficient rollouts.

· Execute local marketing initiatives including grassroots and community events, athlete or ambassador activations, and in-store campaigns.

· Ensure brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity are consistently applied across all marketing touchpoints.

· Liaise with partners, malls, media, and community groups to support marketing activations and collaborations.

· Monitor and analyse campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.

· Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and performance reviews.

· Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing marketing content that reflects the brand's positioning.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.

· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the fashion lifestyle or sports industry
.

· Good understanding of brand marketing, with hands-on experience supporting campaign execution across online and offline channels.

· Ability to analyse basic sales and marketing data to draw simple insights and support campaign reporting.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

· Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

· Creative, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
