What you'll be doing?
  • Identify malfunctions: Detect and resolve issues in machinery and electrical systems to maintain smooth operations.
  • Develop maintenance plans: Create and implement strategies to ensure equipment performs optimally and downtime is minimized.
  • Handle automation: Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and automation systems to keep production running smoothly.
  • Perform maintenance: Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on electrical components, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain and update technical documentation and ensure all work meets electrical and food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance.
  • Identify opportunities: Find ways to enhance automation, improve energy efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
  • Contribute to projects: Participate in system upgrades, automation innovations, and plant reliability improvement projects.
Who are they looking for?
  • Relevant education: A background in electrical engineering or a related field, with a focus on practical skills.
  • Experience: 4-5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing, with hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Location: Willingness to work and be stationed at Telok Panglima Garang, contributing to the local community.
