About the role

IPC Innovations Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented BMS/BAS Engineer to join our dynamic team in Selangor. As a BMS/BAS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, and maintenance of building automation systems, ensuring the efficient and sustainable operation of our clients' facilities. What you'll be doing

  1. Designing, programming, and commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  2. Troubleshooting and maintaining existing BMS/BAS installations to ensure optimal performance
  3. Providing technical support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of BMS/BAS
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HVAC, electrical, and controls engineers, to integrate building systems
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in building automation and energy management
  6. Providing innovative solutions to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of our clients' facilities

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS/BAS design, installation, and maintenance
  3. Proficient in programming and configuring various BMS/BAS software and hardware platforms
  4. Strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical, and controls systems
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  6. Effective communication and client-facing skills
  7. Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
