Main Roles:

  • Provide professional recommendations on aesthetic treatment packages and products to customer. 向顾客提供专业的医美治疗配套和产品推荐
  • Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and going beyond their expectations. 通过了解客户需求并超越其期望,与客户建立良好的关系
  • Communicated with doctors on suitable treatments for patient. 与值日医生沟通,协助确定适合客户的美美方案
  • Follow up with patients, and encourage them for frequent treatments to ensure better results. 跟进客户,并鼓励他们定期接受美美治疗以确保更佳效果
  • Assisting doctors in performing procedures. 协助医生进行治疗和操作
  • Update and maintain treatment records. 更新和维护客户的记录
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager as well the teammates to achieve sales objective. 与分行经理和团队成员紧密合作,达成销售目标.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.  流利的华语是加分项
  • Experience in the aesthetic, beauty, and skincare field is highly valued and will be a key factor in our selection process. 有经验于在美学、美容和护肤领域,并将是我们甄选过程中的一个关键因素
  • Open to candidates without prior experience - we provide comprehensive training. 欢迎无经验者申请 ,我们会提供全面的培训

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 优秀的人际交往和沟通技巧
  • Good customer services (service-oriented). 良好的客户服务意识(服务至上)
  • Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated and hardworking. 具备积极的态度、自我激励和勤奋精神

Working Hours

  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Weekdays)
  • 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekends)
  • 5.5 rest days per month (excluding public holidays).
