The Role

We're looking for a creative Social Media & Marketing Intern to help grow our digital presence and create engaging content that showcases our expertise in AI, business strategy & professional development.

Duration: 3-6 months

Location: Remote

Time Commitment: 20 hours per week

What You'll Do

  1. Create Content
  2. Post 3-5 times weekly on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook​
  3. Design graphics and short videos using Canva or similar tools​
  4. Write engaging captions for business audiences​
  5. Turn training content into social media posts​

Plan & Strategize

  1. Help create monthly content calendars​
  2. Research trends in AI, cybersecurity, and business topics​
  3. Suggest ways to improve our social media presence​
  4. Engage with Audience
  5. Respond to comments and messages with empathy and professionally​
  6. Engage with industry discussions to increase visibility​
  7. Track what content performs best​

Measure Results

  1. Create weekly and monthly performance reports​
  2. Use analytics tools to measure engagement and growth​
  3. Recommend improvements based on data​

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

1) Currently studying or recently completed Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree​

2) Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

3) Strong English writing skills (Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus)​

4) Basic design skills with Canva or Adobe tools​

5) Video editing skills

6) Creative mindset and good organizational skills​

7) Interest in AI, technology, and business topics​

8) Portfolio of content you've created​
