Job Summary

The Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality product photos and videos that showcase HAG Solar & Lighting's products, promotions, and campaigns. This role focuses on visual storytelling through creative photography and videography to enhance brand image, attract customers, and support marketing and e-commerce activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in shooting and editing, with a good eye for lighting, composition, and detail.

Responsibilities

Product Photography

  • Capture professional product photos for marketing materials, online shops (Website, Shopee, TikTok), and social media.
  • Ensure accurate product representation with proper lighting, background, and angles.
  • Prepare product staging setups and maintain a consistent visual style across all images.
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Executive and Graphic Designer to ensure photos meet platform and campaign requirements.

Product Videography

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form product videos (e.g., TikTok, Facebook Reels, Website videos).
  • Create demonstration videos highlighting product features, installation, and benefits.
  • Capture video clips for promotions, events, and store visuals.
  • Ensure all videos follow the brand's tone, color, and quality standards.

Post-Production

  • Edit photos and videos using appropriate software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
  • Perform color correction, cropping, and background cleanup as needed.
  • Organize all edited files in the shared storage system with proper naming and version control.

Content Coordination

  • Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Social Media teams to deliver visuals according to campaign timelines.
  • Support photo and video needs for events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain communication with team members to ensure all visual assets are completed and submitted on schedule.

Equipment & Storage Maintenance

  • Handle company photography and videography equipment with care.
  • Maintain proper organization of gear and ensure all items are in working condition.
  • Manage storage drives and organize content for easy access and future reference.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Photography, Film Production, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in photography, videography, or content creation (preferably product-based).

Skills:

  • Proficient in camera operation, lighting setup, and basic audio recording.
  • Skilled in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, etc.).
  • Strong sense of visual composition, detail, and branding.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Good teamwork and time management skills.
