Location: Subang Jaya

Intake Date: DEC

Salary: Basic up to RM3,500 + Attractive Commission Scheme

Working Hours:Mondays – Fridays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekends & Public Holidays: Closed

About the Role

Join a dynamic Telecom Telesales team where you'll be at the forefront of engaging with customers and promoting telco products/services. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and proven telesales experience to earn attractive income through commissions and allowances.You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining product features, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Requirements

Language Proficiency: Strong communication & writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Customer Service: A solid foundation in delivering excellent customer care. Experience:Telesales / Telemarketing experience in Telco or related industries is a MUST.

Digital Literacy: Comfortable using apps, WhatsApp, ChatBOT platforms, and other digital tools.
