JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented E-Invoice Clerk to support finance and accounting operations. Candidate must be familiar with MYOB, SQL Accounting and LHDN e-Invoice system (MyInvois).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, submit and manage e-invoices in compliance with LHDN
- Use MYOB and SQL Accounting for invoicing and records
- Submit, cancel or amend e-invoices via MyInvois portal
- Ensure accuracy of customer data, TIN and tax details
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Assist monthly closing and audit support
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1–3 years experience in invoicing or accounting
- Knowledge of MYOB, SQL Accounting and MyInvois
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
