JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented E-Invoice Clerk to support finance and accounting operations. Candidate must be familiar with MYOB, SQL Accounting and LHDN e-Invoice system (MyInvois).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, submit and manage e-invoices in compliance with LHDN
  • Use MYOB and SQL Accounting for invoicing and records
  • Submit, cancel or amend e-invoices via MyInvois portal
  • Ensure accuracy of customer data, TIN and tax details
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing
  • Assist monthly closing and audit support

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in invoicing or accounting
  • Knowledge of MYOB, SQL Accounting and MyInvois
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
