Job Description:

  1. Handle full set of accounts and accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with current accounting practice including prepare and submit e-invoices.
  2. Establish and maintain an accurate cost accounting system, including tracking and reporting of direct and indirect costs.
  3. Ensure reasonable allocation of costs, including labor, materials, indirect expenses, and other cost elements.
  4. Procure goods, materials, and services on behalf of the company to support daily operations.
  5. Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate pricing, and agree on contract terms.
  6. Analyse cost fluctuations and purchase price variances.
  7. Prepare monthly financial analysis report and evaluate performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget.
  8. Site visit for verification of stocks and project progress.
  9. To ensure the proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Professional Degree such as ACCA / CIMA
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably in a senior role.
  3. Previous working experience in audit will be an added advantage.
  4. Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
  5. Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  6. Active, outgoing, and interested in outdoor project development.
  7. Require language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
