*Job Summary:

As the Assistant Outlet Manager at Hogan Bakery, you will support in overseeing daily operations of the bakery outlet. Your main role is to ensure excellent customer service, manage staff effectively, maintain product quality, and contribute to sales growth and profitability.

*Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in the day-to-day management of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures

-Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service

-Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene

-Ensure proper inventory management and stock rotation

-Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets

-Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner

-Ensure all products are displayed attractively and are fresh

-Assist in staff scheduling and performance evaluations

-Maintain accurate cash handling and daily sales reporting

*Requirements:

-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail or F&B operations, preferably in a bakery or café

-Good leadership and interpersonal skills

-Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

-Passionate about customer service and food quality

-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

-Basic computer skills (POS system, Excel, email)
