Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase requisition and handle purchase order.
- Prepare poison order for chemicals and record.
- Prepare SRF, chemical stock check and stock take.
- Handle employee's CIDB renewal and related training.
- Handle employee's travelling claims.
- ISO documentations.
- Handle petty cash.
Other tasks
- Handle other admin related tasks from time to time.
Requirements:
- Preferably 1-2 years working experiences.
- Candidate must possess minimum Diploma.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communications skill (speak & written).
- Quick learning, detail-oriented and excellent analytical skills.
- Willing to learn and team player attitude (training will be provided).
- Language: English & Malay.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.45pm
- Saturday (alternate): 8.30am pm
Job Location:
- Puchong Office, Selangor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
