What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders — managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Source, hire, and manage external vendors including venues, catering, production teams, A/V providers, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, design, production) to develop engaging event themes, branding, and experiences.
  • Handle all operational aspects of events — including scheduling, staffing, travel arrangements, permits, and contingency planning.
  • Oversee live event delivery, troubleshoot in real-time, and ensure all components come together seamlessly.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and generate reports to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Supervise internal event staff or freelance teams, ensuring clear roles, accountability, and high morale throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to ensure the safety and success of all attendees and participants.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  • At least 3 years of experience managing events or projects, preferably in industry or type of events.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale projects or events
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Experience creating and managing event budgets, negotiating costs, and optimizing resources.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and quickly develop creative solutions during live events or planning stages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
