Job Title: Loan Administration Officer
Location: Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Summary
We are looking for a Loan Administration Officer to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling loan documentation, processing applications efficiently, and ensuring all credit and administrative procedures comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify loan applications and supporting documents.
- Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth disbursement of loans.
- Maintain and update customer files.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in loan processing, documentation, or credit administration.
- Good knowledge of loan documentation procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
