We are a Company providing Company Secretarial duties to Corporation. We are 5 days work environment in Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras. Due to rapid expansion we are seeking candidate to assist our growth.

Job Scope

· Perform daily accounting operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, billing, and payment processing.

· Monitor assistants in preparing client invoices, track collections, and follow up on outstanding payments.

· Conduct bank reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and maintain general ledgers.

· Prepare tax computation documents, SST reports, and other statutory submissions.

· Maintain proper records of petty cash and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.

· Manage year-end audit activities, including preparation of accounting and audit schedules, and liaise with external auditors.

· Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Requirement & Skill

· Certificate/Diploma holders/bachelor's degree in business studies/finance & accounting.

· Proven experience as an account executive with 2-3 years working experience in related field.

· Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g Million,) and computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office

· Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken), advance in Mandarin is an added advantage

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Good understanding and strong human relation skills

· Team player, able to supervise & work under pressure
