Tatler Asia (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is knowledgeable in accounting principles, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and general ledger.
  • Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions. To work closely with Head of Finance to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and records, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and perform variance analysis.
  • Coordinate and manage audits, including liaising with auditors and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Positive & self-motivated and have own initiative to work extra hours if required.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh degree graduate with accounting education background is acceptable. Possess Professional Accountancy Qualification/ Diploma/ Degree
  • 1 year and above of relevant field working experience is highly preferable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Possess related working experience in accounting or financial management.

The ideal candidate for an accounts executive position should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They should also be proficient in using accounting software and have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.
