Role Description

This is an on-site contract position for an Accounts Executive, based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Accounts Executive will be checking on claims and doing reconciliation. The role involves working closely with the commercial finance, sales teams, and distributors to maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and incentive computations
  • Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and BI tools
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the FMCG industry or handling international financial operations is a plus
