We are hiring for Account Executive (E-commerce)

Position: Finance Executive/ Account Executive (E-commerce)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  1. Full Set of Accounts Management:

  2. Handle the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions.

  3. Perform day-to-day finance operations to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

  4. Intercompany Account Oversight:

  5. Oversee all Intercompany accounts and provide financial guidance and support to ensure proper reconciliation and reporting.

  6. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  7. Collect, analyze, investigate, and report financial data to support financial decision-making.

  8. Prepare monthly management reports and submit them on time to management for review.

  9. Support to Finance Manager:

  10. Assist the Manager in various finance functions, including operational finance, reporting, taxation, governance, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting.

  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve finance-related objectives.

  12. Managed full cycle AR & AP, including invoice issuance, payment tracking, vendor reconciliation and collection follow-ups.

  13. Prepared and reviewed P&L statements, ensuring accuracy in monthly and quarterly financial results.

  14. Coordinated financing applications and repayment schedules with Funding Societies, including documentation, disbursement tracking and compliance reporting.

  15. Ad Hoc Tasks:

  16. Perform any ad hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time to support the finance department's needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or relevant roles.

  3. Strong proficiency in Excel, especially Power BI, for data analysis and reporting.

  4. Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not mandatory.

  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

  6. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
