We are currently seeking an Accounts Executive to join our expanding team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for general accounting tasks, with a focus on handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for our group of companies. This role requires maintaining accurate ledgers, verifying and recording transactions, and ensuring compliance with company finance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general accounting functions for the group of companies.
  • Handle full sets of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Maintain ledgers, verify transactions, and record payables accurately.
  • Process payments in compliance with established finance policies and procedures.
  • Prepare inter-company billings and ensure timely settlement.
  • Maintain up-to-date receivable records and ensure ageing reports are accurate.
  • Reconcile payable and receivable ledgers to ensure all billings, payments, sales, and receipts are properly accounted for and posted.
  • Prepare analysis reports related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Perform general administrative, finance, and accounting tasks as assigned by the superior.
  • Handle general sales inquiries and other ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
  • Maintain a pleasant personality, professional appearance, and interact well with people at all levels.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience with AutoCount System will be an added advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
