Company Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain credit control policies.
  • Assess customer creditworthiness and recommend credit limits/terms.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Review AR aging reports and reduce delinquent accounts.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to resolve credit/payment issues.
  • Prepare AR reports, cash flow forecasts, and credit risk analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and support internal/external audits.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other departments on credit matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and credit risk assessment.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of credit/collection regulations; debt recovery litigation experience is an advantage.
