About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Stock & Credit Controller to join our team at LJH TRUCKS (M) SDN BHD' in Port Klang, Selangor. This full-time position will provide crucial support to our accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial records and reporting.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
  • Developing and managing stock requirements to ensure a continuous flow of stock quantity.
  • Monitoring and controlling stock levels, ensuring align with the targets and implementing strategies to minimize waste and holding costs.
  • Control, respond to, and track stock delivery schedules.
  • Preparation of stock status reports and related reports.
  • Operations for receiving and dispatching stock.

What we're looking for

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, preferably in the Accounting and Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industries
  • Proficiency in using accounting software SQL / Related with stock module applications
  • SPM min requirement / 1 to 2 years of experience in related industry.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
