Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all parts operations comply with company policies and procedures, including stock control, receiving, and issuing processes.
  2. Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels to support workshop and customer needs efficiently.
  3. Handle daily parts ordering, stock replenishment, and follow up on parts delivery from suppliers or the main warehouse.
  4. Ensure prompt support to the workshop team by preparing and supplying the required parts on time.
  5. Assist in achieving monthly parts sales targets and maintain proper records of sales transactions.
  6. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts storage area to ensure easy access and safety.
  7. Prepare inventory and stock reports accurately for management review.
  8. Assist in handling warranty parts and ensuring proper documentation.
  9. Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  10. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field.
  2. At least two (2) years of experience in automotive parts or warehouse operations.
  3. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
  7. Knowledge in automotive parts or basic inventory system will be an added advantage.
