Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Update documents, templates, and reports.
  • Data entry and updating records to ensure all information is up to date.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • SPM & above or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years related work experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and good attitude.

5 working days per week (Sat is working day)

**Choose 1 off day between Mon–Fri

Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm

Location: Jalan Kapar, Klang
