What you'll be doing?
  • Lead Project Delivery: Ensure all project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Resource Allocation: Estimate project costs and allocate resources effectively for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular progress updates and forecast claims reporting to senior management.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency, yield, and cost.
  • Risk Management: Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and track overall program progress.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve project roadblocks and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for program status with internal and external stakeholders.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in project management within the manufacturing or engineering industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage detailed project plans, control budgets, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
