Job Description:

  • Create various forms of social media content - text captions, videos and images - suitable for the various social media platforms, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Manage company's social media accounts.
  • Independent create high-quality engaging relevant content for the target audience across social media through well-researched content.
  • Works with the management team to develop social media timelines.
  • Monitor competition trends closely and provide insights or suggestions for future improvement.
  • Ideate and create tasteful, engaging and sharable content and creative written copy.
  • Responding to comments & DMs on each of our social accounts.
  • Optimize digital channels, including social media, email campaigns and online paid advertising.  Stay updated with digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Having at least 2-3 years of experience n developing social media, accounts (Facebook Ads, Linkedln Ads, Instagram Ads & Tik Tok Ads.
  • Creating and proactive in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedln Ads, Instagram Ads & Tik Tok Ads.
  • Creative mindset to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good writing, editing (photo/video/text/graphic) and sharp presentation
  • Create and edit videos for Tik Tok and other social media platforms.
  • Previous experience in digital performance marketing is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail and deadline-oriented, and take initiative.

Others requirement:

  • Excellent in verbal and written skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • IT background is an added advantage.
