To assist in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties. The HR Intern provides support in organizing and maintaining employee personal files, and in preparing and submitting employment contracts for stamping. The intern may also be involved in various HR functional areas such as HRIS updates, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide clerical and administrative support for Human Resources Department.
  • Assist in organizing, updating, and maintaining accurate employee personal files and records.
  • Support the employment contract stamping process - including scanning, renaming, and preparing documents for submission.
  • To deliver result within value system of EITA.
  • Undertake ad hoc functions and duties as and when required.

Are you the one?

  • Currently pursuing a Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources/ Business/ Management.
  • Final Year Students are welcoming to apply for this position.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Words, Outlook).

  • Possess own vehicle and is willing to work at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.

  • Good verbal and communication skills, attention to details and interpersonal skills.
