Job Description

  • Assist in implementing human resource policies and keep them under constant review, recommending changes to improve HR practices.
  • Administer and coordinate all matters regarding work permit applications and renewals, as well as any other foreign worker issues.
  • Manage and coordinate matters related to Industrial Relations and staff grievances.
  • Conduct interviews and shortlist potential candidates for department heads.
  • Organize and conduct orientation programs for new hires.
  • Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and design, plan, coordinate,
  • deliver, and evaluate training and development programs to meet the latest ISO

requirements.

  • Handle payroll input, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Prepare monthly costing reports for the Finance Department. Verify annual increments, bonuses, and monthly salaries for employees.
  • Administer performance appraisal reviews for employee confirmations and annual evaluations within the company.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, including the Labour Department, KWSP, SOCSO, and Immigration, as necessary.
  • Administer and coordinate general administrative duties to ensure they are organized. Assist the safety committee chairperson in organizing safety meetings and preparing safety minutes.
  • Prepare accurate and timely HR reports for management review.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by your superior as needed.
