We are currently seeking Offshore Structure Engineer to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.

Successful candidates would be offered a fixed term of employment.

About the mission we offer you:
Perform as Engineer in project execution and takes the ownership of the specific tasks in a project:

• Performing Design Calculations
• Coordination with other disciplines
• Correctly interpret 3 rd party reports such as geotechnical, bathymetric survey, metocean data for the incorporation into structural design basis
• Ensures an optimum engineering design compliance to codes and performance and timely issuance of engineering deliverable to Client
• Prepares updates and checks calculations for detailed engineering
• Contributes to optimization of material quantities by proposing value engineering solutions
• Ensure timely internal and external reporting on engineering/ requistioning activities to the group leader
• Meets quality objectives of the project
• Interfaces with other disicpline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning

About you:
Must have:

• Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years experience in Design and execution of the projects in offshore facilities.
• Minimum 3.5 in CGPA or 2 nd Class Upper

Analysis and Tools

• Advance user of SACS engineering software
• Frequent user of USFOS
• Frequent user of GRLWEAP

Substructure and topsides In service analyses

• Static in-place
• Dynamic in-place
• Spectral Fatigue

In-depth knowledge of Pre-service analyses

• Lifting analysis
• Load-out analysis
• On-bottom
• Pile driveability analysis

Nice to have
:

Analysis and Tools

• Frequent user of SESAM
• Frequent user of Abaqus / Ansys

Substructure and topsides In-service analyses

• Seismic analysis (ELE and ALE)
• Blast and fire structural collapse analysis
• Vibration analysis
• Wind fatigue analysis
