Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role within our in-house creative team, leading the development of high-impact visual concepts across digital and print platforms. This position demands advanced technical expertise, strong creative leadership and a deep understanding of brand consistency. The ideal candidate will not only produce exceptional work but also guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring every deliverable meets our creative standards and aligns with the overall brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for both digital and print media.

  • Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all visual communications.

  • Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers fostering a culture of design excellence.

  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists and project managers to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

  • Uphold quality control standards for all visual output.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts or related disciplines.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team in Malaysia. Candidates with experience managing creative projects or mentoring designers will be highly regarded.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Expert in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

  • Digital/Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design and prototyping is highly desirable.

  • Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) is a strong advantage.

Core Skills:

  • Excellent command of typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.

  • Strong understanding of design systems and brand guidelines.

  • Portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality work across digital and print media.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Language:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.
