To provide "one-stop" PFS Solutions to BCB client
To provide financial advisory and cross sell a comprehensive range of PFS products and services
Proactively manage and build long term customer relationship
Point of contact for all PFS products and services related matters
Collaborate and maintain close working relationship with internal stakeholders and onboarding process
Keep abreast of customer's need, market trends and PFS products and services offerings
Understand client needs and customise solutioning to meet their expectations
Strategize and execute business plan to optimize cross selling opportunity and achieve business KRA
To comply with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirements
