Working Location: Singapore

v Analysing business operations and systems within the banking sector, focusing on areas such as Loan and Trade, GIRO, and FAST, Bank internal data interface systems..

v The scope of systems includes core banking, back-office, information systems, front-office, and regulatory reporting systems, covering the entire spectrum of banking operations.

v As a Business Analyst, accurately capture business requirements, and as a System Analyst, you will assess technical feasibility and design solutions from both perspectives.

v Coordinate with system stakeholders in Japan, Singapore, and other APAC regions.

v To create detailed diagrams and documents to communicate business requirements and changes to system stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution.

v Manage time, communication, risks, and tasks within your area of responsibility

v Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring strong cross functional teamwork and alignment to project goals and objectives

v Effectively communicate project progress, status, and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular updates on project metrics, risk and dependencies

v Support to manage project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation, in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology.

v Work closely with Project Lead/Owner or Sponsor to drive strategic or major initiatives as part of the organization's roadmap and strategy

v Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

v Experience in requirements definition and business analysis as a Business Analyst with min 5 years.

v Knowledge and practical experience in at least one of the following areas:

o FAST/GIRO Payment (Limited banking knowledge is sufficient)

o XB/MEPS Payment (Limited banking knowledge is sufficient)

o Internal Data Interface

(Limited banking knowledge is sufficient. Familiarity with G/L and MT900 series statements, Report for MAS are a plus)

o Loan and Trade

(Strong bank business knowledge)

v Experience in design, specification formulation, and technical consideration as a System Analyst with min 5 years.

v Skills in creating business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams, strong communication and team collaboration skills

v Ability to perform business tasks in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM20, RM40,000.00 per month
