Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Systems Analyst located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and providing solutions to enhance system performance. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing user requirements, designing and implementing new systems or modifying existing ones, troubleshooting and solving system-related issues, and providing support and training to end-users. The Systems Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and ensuring that systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- System analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements and designing system solutions.
- Proficiency in implementing and modifying systems.
- Can provide support and training to end-users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in the tech or IT industry is a plus.
