Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in preparing and organizing teaching materials.
  • Substitute or support in classes when needed.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to adult learners of various levels.
  • Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record student attendance, conduct progress assessments, and mark students' work.
  • Communicate regularly with the academic team to support students' learning outcomes.
  • Complete all administrative and academic tasks on time and ensure records are properly maintained.

Requirements:

  • A degree in TESOL, Education, English, or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–2 years of teaching experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Friendly, approachable, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • A good team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
